What happens to my deposit if I can’t make my appointment?

In the event that you can’t make it to your scheduled appointment, we’ll offer you one complimentary reschedule on a date that’s available on the calendar.

Do we accept walk-ins?

LATELY, we've had an influx in clients who call to walk-in but, end up being a No Show. That said, we'll no longer be accepting Traditional walk-ins. We'll now require a deposit prior to your arrival - as we do for regular appointments - to help determine our clients reliability. There are no exceptions to our aforementioned new walk-in procedures.

We understand that you have other obligations but, there are not always multiple stylist available at the aforementioned times. Late appointments can cause you to be in the chair for extended hours as there may be only 1 or 2 stylists available. Please come early if you are getting Faux Locs and Long or Small Braids, BoxBraids, NubianTwist, HavanaTwist...etc except Conrows/FeedinBraids. Are we open on Sunday? YES we may be open 1,2 or 3 sundays in the months with limited STYLISTS, we will only be accepting hairstyles such as BOXBRAIDS, SENEGALESE TWIST, BOBBRAIDS,
